Check-in and Check-out Procedures

  • Check-In: 4pm - There is NO check-in office; you go straight to the cabin. Once all your payments have been made, we will send you an email with the door code and will resend it a week before your stay.
  • Check-Out: 10am
  • Out of respect for the holidays and our employees, we do NOT allow any check-ins or check-outs on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, or New Year's Day.

Property Access

  • Self check-in/check-out is available. There is no check-in office; you may go directly to the cabin upon arrival.

Parking Information

  • Free parking is available. The cabin is accessible by vehicle, with a slightly steep road leading to a gravel driveway and level parking available for two cars.

  • Minimum age: 18 years.
  • Children allowed.
  • No events allowed.

Pet Policy

  • The pet fee is $100 per dog (non-refundable)
  • Dogs only; maximum of 99 dogs allowed (as per property data)
  • You will need to bring a crate
  • Please do not leave your pet(s) at the property alone unless they are kept in a kennel
  • Please clean up after your pet(s)
  • Upon your departure, if we find evidence that the cabin has fleas or there is damage or additional deep cleaning required due to your pet, you will be charged for all repairs and/or additional cleaning needed.
  • Please bring your own sheets/blankets to cover the areas your pet lays or sleeps on - or an additional fee will be charged for extra cleaning and time needed due to dog hair and odor left behind.

Fees and Payments

  • The pet fee is $100 per dog (non-refundable)
  • 7 Day Cancellation & Damage Fee: Cancellation Guarantee allows you to cancel your reservation for any reason up to 7 days prior to check-in and receive a full refund (minus the vacay protection fee).
  • Damage Coverage: This covers you up to the amount that you paid for your damage fee on unintentional accidents to the property (any damages that exceed the damage fee, intentional or unintentional, will be charged to the credit card on file).
